Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between LeadsDesk ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for LeadsDesk ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

LeadsDesk is an online CRM for managing leads, follow-ups, reports and staff attendance. We provide it "as is" over the internet; features may change as we improve it. We will tell you in advance about any change that removes something you rely on.

2. Your account

• You must be a business or professional, at least 18 years old, and give true details at sign-up.
• You are responsible for everyone you add as a user and for keeping passwords safe. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Each company gets its own separate database and company code.

3. Free trial and fees

• New companies get a 7-day free trial with all features. No card is needed for the trial.
• After the trial the fee is ₹700 per month plus 18% GST (₹826), for the whole company, paid in advance by UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate through our payment partner Cashfree Payments.
• We issue a GST invoice for each payment. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by e-mail; a change never applies to a month already paid.
• If a payment fails, the CRM keeps working for a grace period of 5 days. After that it is locked until payment is made. Your data is kept; leads keep arriving.

4. Your data

• The leads, contacts, notes and attendance records you put into the CRM belong to you. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you collect personal data of your leads and staff lawfully, with any notice and consent required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian law, and that you will use the CRM's calling, messaging and location features lawfully (including the TRAI rules on commercial communication).
• You can export your data at any time. After you cancel, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back or take a copy; then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to send spam, to store unlawful content, to try to reach another company's data, to overload or attack the service, or to resell it without our written permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times and back up data daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted (for example during maintenance or problems at our hosting or payment partners). Support is by e-mail on working days.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Subscription & billing or by writing to us; no further debits are taken. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and will then refund the unused part of a paid month.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking to you.
